Exalt Integrated Technologies LLC began operations in September 2003, focused on providing value-based Information Technology services. The company was incorporated in Atlanta, Georgia in March 2004.
In June 2005, Exalt received certification as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned and Managed Enterprise from the Association for Service-Disabled Veterans (ASDV). In August 2005, it received certification with the State of Georgia, Department of Transportation, as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).
Exalt received approval as a SBA Certified 8(a) Program and SBA Certified Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) in March 2006. Exalt was established with a focus on providing value-based Information Technology services and solutions.
